Who we are
This site is operated by AOS, 150 Menachem Begin Road, Tel Aviv. We are responsible for the information collected on the site and how it is used. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and your rights, under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 1981.
What we collect
Account details: name, email, phone and company if provided. Google sign-in shares only your name and verified email. Bookings: room, date, times, amount and payment status. Membership and payment: card type, last four digits, expiry and a reference issued by the payment provider. The full card number never reaches us. Enquiries: what you wrote in the contact or office enquiry form. Tenants: service requests, their messages and attached photos.
Why we use it
To manage meeting-room bookings and memberships, take payments and issue receipts, serve tenants, answer enquiries, send booking confirmations and updates, and keep the site secure. Marketing messages are sent only if you agreed to them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Do you have to provide it
You are not legally required to give us any information. Without a name and contact details we cannot take a booking, manage a membership or get back to you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. It is shared only with providers working for us, and only as needed: the payment provider to process payments, Google for Google sign-in and the embedded map, and hosting and email providers. Some providers store data on servers outside Israel. We disclose information to authorities only when the law requires it.
Cookies and browser storage
The site stores your sign-in, chosen language and accessibility settings in your browser. It records the steps of the booking process with device type only, without identifying details. The embedded Google map may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy.
Security
Passwords are stored encrypted, never as plain text. Access to data is limited to authorised AOS staff. Card details are processed only by the payment provider.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active, and afterwards for as long as the law requires, for example for accounting records. Enquiries that did not lead to a booking or contract are deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights
You may see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date, and ask us to delete information we are not required to keep. You can also update your details under "My account". We will respond within 30 days.
Age
The service is intended for businesses and adults aged 18 and over.
