Accessibility statement

Our commitment

AOS is committed to equal service for every customer and works to make this site accessible and easy to use for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement covers the AOS website, including the office and meeting-room pages, room booking and the personal areas for customers and tenants.

Accessibility level

The site was built to Israeli Standard 5568 and the WCAG 2.1 AA guidelines, in line with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013. An audit by an external accessibility expert has not yet been carried out. We review and improve the site on an ongoing basis.

What is accessible

Full keyboard navigation with visible focus, a skip-to-content link, a clear heading structure, labels on all form fields and written error messages, alternative text for images, sufficient colour contrast, calendar availability shown in words as well as colour, touch targets of at least 44 pixels, full right-to-left Hebrew and English support, text zoom up to 200% without loss of content, and respect for the device "reduce motion" setting.

The accessibility menu

The accessibility button in the corner of the screen lets you enlarge text, switch to high contrast or grayscale, highlight links and focus, use a readable font and stop animations. Your settings are saved in the browser for next time.

Browsers and assistive technology

The site is built to work in current versions of Chrome, Safari, Edge and Firefox on desktop and mobile, and with screen readers and magnification software.

Known limitations

The embedded map is provided by Google and is outside our control. The address and links to Waze and Google Maps are shown next to it as an alternative. Photos that tenants attach to service requests are shown without detailed alternative text. If you find a part of the site that is not accessible, please tell us and we will provide the service another way.

Accessibility on site

The space is at 150 Menachem Begin Road, Tel Aviv. To ask about physical accessibility in the building (parking, entrance, lifts and restrooms) before you arrive, contact our accessibility coordinator and we will be happy to help.
