Booking packages
The meeting room is booked in packages: 3 hours (09–12, 12–15 or 15–18), a 5-hour half day (09–14 or 13–18) or a full day (09:00–18:00), as shown on the room calendar.
Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after payment is verified. During checkout the block is held for 10 minutes; a submitted request is held for 24 hours.
Cancellation
A confirmed booking can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the meeting from "My account". Paid bookings cancelled in time are passed for refund.
Prices
The full price, including any applicable tax, is shown in the summary before payment.
